We spent yesterday afternoon at the park for Miss Vivien and some new friends. According to Emma, Jacob is her "new" boyfriend (for those of you who didn't know, she has been obsessed with another little boy in one of her classes named Chase - Emma thinks his mommy named him Chase because he is always chasing her!). Mom2Mom has been a great way to meet new moms and their kids. The girls had a great time (and us moms did too!).

This week has been good. The girls were a bit under the weather the first part of the week, but are feeling a lot better, except now Daddy is sick. We have spent a lot of the week playing and reading. And, I've decided that with a 3 & 2 year old, my house won't be clean for a really long time and I just have to accept it. It is unbelievable how quickly they make a mess these days.Emma and Ellie (yes, both) seem to want to help me cook everynight now (must be because they have absolutely NO toys to play with - yeah right!). This is them last night, waiting for me to start dinner. Mom tries to be as patient as possible AND keep them away from the burners, which is tricky at times.

That cooking with them thing IS quite hard. We made a pkg of brownies for vday and I almost pulled my hair out! Fighting over who gets to dump what into the bowl and who stirred longer ugh! :)
