We just got back from Vegas. My Dad & Pam were in Arizona visiting some family so we met them in Vegas for a couple of days, then stayed one extra day (**thank you Gramma and Poppo for watching the girls for us - they are probably exhausted!). We had a really good time. We need a vacation after returning from vacation. We are exhausted!!!
Trip didn't start off too well, I managed to get us locked in the stair well at Mirage. I thought we could bypass the elevators and walk down two floors. No!!!!! After walking down 21 floors finding all the doors locked, we headed back up again. We thought maybe we should just call my dad on the cell and have him open the doors. Wish we would have thought that to begin with!!! I was in the dog house for that one. We hadn't been to Vegas since before Emma was born, so it was fun seeing all the new stuff. We did a lot of walking and gambled along the way. We had a great time!!
At Caesar's, Pete Rose was signing baseballs. Chris, being the sports memorabilia collector, just had to. It was pretty cool!
