We are officially a "big girls" now. We ditched the high chair yesterday so that Ellie could be like her sissy and sit at the
big table. She did fairly well all things considered. Yesterday was a test of patience. The girls were bouncing off the walls and I was about ready to put my head through the window. Most of the time, they listen and play well together, but then they have their moments. So today is a new day . . . . we are now MIGHTY GIRLS. You might ask "what are mighty girls?" Well, Mighty Girls do the following things:
- They work as a TEAM
- They listen
- They have good manners - they don't hit, they share, and they say their please and thank you's
- They use their inside voices
- And . . . they get dessert if they are good
Listen, sometimes you just have to come up with this stuff just so they will think about behaving (kind of like Santa Claus!). We'll see what the day brings . . .
