Birthday Party

We had Ellie's Birthday Party yesterday. Pretty small get together. We had Gramma, Poppo, Uncle Dave & Aunt Tina over for cake and ice cream. I was going to make a cake to save $$$, but I think I ended up spending about the same before I was done. With the help of my sister, I made a cake from scratch. I was pretty proud of how it turned out and it tasted awesome too. Ellie loves Pooh, so it was very fitting for her to have a Pooh cake (Tina and Dave thought it was hilarious we called it the Pooh cake!!). Chris was video taping and I helped open, so there aren't many pictures . . . sorry!

Ellie's big gift was a new 50's diner. They both love it . . .
