What is snow?

In Southern California, it means a whole lot of ice chipped into snow. Chris was feeling under the weather, so Gramma and I took the girls to see the snow today. I have to tell ya, 20,000lbs sounds like a lot, but it really wasn't that much. They had a hill for the kids to sled down and an area for the kids to play in the snow. They had bouncy houses, petting zoo, face painting, pony rides and more. Great place for the kids!! We had a great time!!

Winter Wonderland . . . in Palm Springs . . .

Emma loved it . . .

Ellie didn't really know what to think?? It took her a while to get used to having cold hands!

Emma also got to ride a pony. Wasn't scared at all, just hopped up there! She thought that was pretty cool!

They loved the petting zoo . . .

Amazing! Some of those kids were in short sleeve t's! I guess when you're done playing in the snow you'll warm right up in the 70/80 degree weather. It looks like it was a lot of fun for the girls.
