If you've read "Anne Frank: Diary of a Young Girl," this book is a must! I really enjoyed reading this book because it give the reader a whole different perspective. Miep Gies was a Dutch trying to save Jews and risked her life. She tells of her story in helping the Franks, but also tells the story of how she and her husband survived the war. This was a remarkable story.
