Long Time, No Blog

Holy Cow . . . seems like I haven't blogged in forever!!! Things have been busy busy at the Holmes'. Chris and I have been busy with work, kids, house (also doing to home improvement stuff) and then just trying to relax. Quite a job.

The girls are good (and still healthy - knock on wood)! Ellie walks more and more everyday. Loves to be chased up the stairs. Everything seems to be about the chase. Emma and Ellie love playing together. Emma told me, "Mom, you need to leave so me and Ellie can play by ourselves." What???? So I left, only to continue checking on them. Made me a bit nervous being unsupervised in their rooms and bathroom (they have a Jack & Jill bathroom). It is great to see the two of them forming that "sister" bond. When Emma goes to the store with Dad, Ellie is very bumbed to be left at home with "just" mom!! Can they please stop growing???? Ellie is talking a lot, but no one really knows what she is saying. She can say ma ma, da da, dog, ni -ni (night), and sometimes we think she says thank you, but we're not quite sure!!

The chase up the stairs . . . . she is waiting for me to come find her!
